  1/5 Stars — Terrible Service and Unbelievable Delays I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I went up to ask for an update, the staff told me it would take another 15 minutes. After waiting even longer, they finally admitted they were completely out of wings and that I’d have to wait another 15 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous management and a total waste of time. How does a place named Wingstop run out of wings without telling customers upfront? Unacceptable.

  Might be the slowest place I have ever patronized. Not only are their estimates regarding time completely wrong, but the board will show the order is ready and then they will state that it is not ready and that just because the board states it's ready doesn't mean it is. Brutal!
