  Ordered a simple meal. Shouldve taken less then 10 mins to make. Lady at front messed up my order and had to pay twice and was refunded and had to pay again because they couldnt figure out how to use there own computer. Order came out was cold and took over a half hour. Didn't give our sauces then wanted us to pay. No trash can inside??? Overall horrible and gross. Wasn't even good food and ive been to other locations and food was always good. This one just isn't it.

  Quality of food is very good but service is so slow. If nobody is in the restaurant it will still take a long time. I don’t know whether they are understaffed or poorly trained or inefficient work processes. Slowest “fast” food in NJ.

  The level of rudeness is unlike anything I have ever experienced. For someone in a management position to speak condescendingly towards people who are not their employees speaks volumes on the character of that person. Just because someone is in a position of leadership does not make them a leader. Learn how to speak to people in a professional matter and choose to be kind always.
