  Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Wings were fully cooked to perfection. The flavor was good as well. I was in the mood for spicy garlic sauce and was told they do not have that , so I settled for spicy honey, which was...a dry rub. Got a smaller order of mild that was also...a dry rub. They were good but didnt have the options i was looking for.

  The crew working here today at 3pm Sunday is AWESOME. They were very fast, efficient- and most of all welcoming and happy to talk with. Very helpful as well…. Thank You!

  This location will scam you. I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. They were closed outside of their normal business hours. They did not try to contact me the following day to let me know about how to get a refund or why my food was not made. I contacted the manager Bonita Morgan. She was unable to help me at all. She said only her general manager had the ability to process refunds. She said it was refunded on 24 August at 9am. I had not seen anything in my credit card as of 29 August. So I sent processed a fraudulent charge with Chase and notified Bonita. 41 minutes after I texted Bonita, I received an email from WingStop saying they have processed a refund for me. Bonita and her team are liars and will steal from you if you don’t follow up. If anyone in the leadership team wants to see all of this information, let me know, and I will send it all to you. I will never go back to this location. Do better. Also, thank you Bonita for hanging up on me today. Real professional of you. Patrick Maltese is another terrible employee. You should be ashamed to call yourself a general manager. He just told me if you don’t give the Customer their food. It is not called fraud. He can take money from you and I give you your food and that’s not fraud Also, he even said that it was OK that Bonita spoke on his behalf and said that he gave me my refund whenever he did not. He was not worried that Pad spoke on his behalf and lied to the customer.
