  Ryan, Lucas, Kelly and Shaun these employees are spectacular, detail oriented and overall awesome. They helped me so much with my packages. They feel like they are family. I feeling like coming more often even though I don’t need more services.

  I tend to go here more often even for USPS services. I've found the staff at the Mount Laurel USPS surly and rude on multiple occasions. The UPS staff is always friendly and consultative.

  I went in to this UPS store on April 24th around 6PM. I wish I could remember the names of both of the customer service individuals who helped me. I thought I saved them in my phone, but when I sat down to write this review, the names were gone. I recognized Ms. Chaney from some of the other reviews. She and another clerk went WAY ABOVE and beyond helping me to get my return to Amazon properly packed and sealed. These two very kind people did not have to take the extra time to help me fix my mistake, but, I am so thankful they did. Come to think of it, every time I have entered the UPS location, I am treated with great customer service and respect. I hope the company knows what a jewel they have in this particular store!
