The customer service I receive from the UPS Store in the Larchmont Common goes above and beyond 100% of the time. Each of the employees I deal with gives me undivided attention and also makes me feel like someone special. I don’t know how they do it. Each employee is highly skilled at whatever issue you might have with packaging, shipping, copying, passports, etc. I use this location for all of my shipping and business needs. There is nothing this gang can’t do. I always wish there was a way I could reward them for their excellent service, I hope my comments can allow them to get the credit they all deserve.

I contacted this store after another option fell through. I needed a notary for my will. From the time I called until I left I may have received the best customer service ever. Every single employee there was friendly and professional. Perfect small talk, payed very good attention to the task I needed and they all worked together like clockwork. Outstanding! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to come here for anything the store offers 🙃
