  called in an order at 4:30 for 6:00pm pick up. it was the super bowl, so of course they were busier than all hell. i waited for an hour for them to call my name while all these men and other people harassed the workers. eventually i was able to get to a spot where i could ask the worker very politely if they had an order for 8 six piece combos under my name. he went to look and said sorry they didn’t have it. i tried to ask if they had it under a different yet similar name because when i called to order, there was some confusion about that towards the end of the call, but despite me trying to get his attention again, he ignored me and kept talking to the men who were being so pushy and berating him. I get that it was the super bowl and of course, super busy, but there was no organization and there was no regard for the fact that i had called in and now my order was missing. incredibly stressful and unsatisfactory experience.

  Ordered for Super Bowl and they were running 1 hour behind. No names on a board to let people know orders are in progress/ready. No system whatsoever. Total chaos. How the heck can you not be properly staffed for the Super Bowl??? Total joke.

  I don’t like complaining but I couldn’t let this slide. Not sure how they messed up this bad but sure enough they did. I got the Boneless Meal Deal to share with my bf, chose the flavours, but when I opened the packaging it was just plain boneless wings. I also ordered a sauce on the side for the person I was sharing it with because he wasn’t sure if he’d like it, it was a completely different sauce. The only thing done right was the fries since I ordered a lightly seasoned and regular seasoned. Needless to say, it was a really disappointing experience.
