  Had the best experience staying at this Best Western. Friendliest staff, best service and the breakfast was amazing with great variety. Room was recently renovated and clean. 100% Would stay again

  Hands down the best Best Western I have stayed in. Great service, great rooms, great breakfast and great location, 15 min walk to central Morristown and 5 minutes from historical sites. Breakfast was hands down the best I've had in a US based hotel in the US. They use actually china and silverware not paper plates and plastic forks. Food was good and the fresh berries were the topper. Highly recommend this place if coming to Morristown.

  This was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The person at the front desk was extremely rude the second we walked in, for no reason. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel before, and I used to work in customer service so I always treat people in customer service roles with respect. I don’t know if he was annoyed that we booked third party or what. I was so taken aback I asked for our booking, which was made literally 5 minutes prior, to be cancelled. He said he couldn’t because it was booked via third party. I called the booking company to explain the situation. They said they’d be happy to cancel the booking if the hotel agrees. They called the hotel, which again refused go cancel. I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the hotel itself because at this point we left and just disputed the charge with our credit card company, so we never went past the front desk. I would stay far away from this place if you have any self respect. You would be treated better at a $50 motel on the side of the interstate.
