  Very helpful and friendly staff. I couldn’t have done some apostle work without their help. Also always available for any notary work. I also got help for different types of shipping needs.

  WARNING, do not ship anything valuable at this UPS location! We paid $3 to print out two pieces of paper in order to ship a package valued at $320(4 items) on April 24th. The package was opened and handed to the the employee to sealed the box, who retrieved the two pieces of paper and saw content inside of the box as well as the value on the printout. When the package arrived at the destination, content of the package has been switched to two items that worth $5.

  Two stars for conscience and closeness. Otherwise they are always understaffed and the tall kid that works in the front is so rude to everyone. He snapped at everyone in front of me, had an attitude and was short. No smile or thank you or have a nice day. Need customer service training asap and i will go out of my way to avoid this store now.

  Absolutely unacceptable service from UPS. Paid for next-day delivery and my package is just sitting at a location with an ‘emergency/weather delay’ that doesn’t even make sense. At this point, it feels like an excuse. I’ll be taking this up with my bank.
