  Just visited this AAP location to test a bad battery and purchase a new one. Julian was a gentleman and couldn't have been more professional and helpful. Tested my battery, answered my questions, installed my new battery and did all this under 20 minutes. You just don't get customer service like this often, thanks again Julian!

  This store absolutely has the worst customer service! My wife ordered an ignition coil on Tuesday. The girl that she spoke to sounded as if she had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t put my wife’s name or phone number on the order and proceeded to give her a hard time when she went to pick it up. Once my wife opened the box she realized that she was given a 2.4L instead of a 2.0L sized coil. My wife called the store and asked to talk to the manager because she got that same incompetent girl on the phone. The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. She immediately started screaming at my wife and said that she got the right part for her car. She also told my wife that the 2.4L and 2.0L parts are the same thing even though they look completely different. My wife couldn’t even get a word in to explain the situation over the screaming from this woman. I honestly don’t understand why she decided to get so hostile and argumentative. We returned the part and will not ever go to this store again.
