I’ve had a box at the UPS Store in Millburn for years, and the service is honestly exceptional. The staff has been the same for a long time, which says a lot they know their customers by name, they’re incredibly personable, and the whole experience feels genuinely welcoming and efficient every single time.
I switched from having a box at the post office to getting a UPS box here, and I could not be happier with the decision. Everything is faster, easier, and more reliable. Whether I’m shipping, receiving packages, or just stopping in quickly, they always make it seamless.
It’s rare to find this level of consistency and customer care these days. Highly recommend.
I will share my experience candidly — and recommend against shipping valuable items through this office. I paid $600 for the UPS “Pack and Ship” service to ship a valuable autographed item to a customer. Due to the item’s fragility and the need for speed, I paid for Pack and Ship, which allegedly came with their professional assurances, easy to understand insurance policy and fast delivery.
Not only was the item damaged and delivered late, but it did not ship from their office for three days after I dropped it off. I did not receive any communication regarding the lateness. I’m now stuck in an interminable wait between their insurance claims process and their decision to issue a refund.
I called the office and I’ve sent emails, and apparently only one person is the office and doesn’t have insight into my situation.
I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of service quality and the lackadaisical approach toward resolving their own mistakes on fragile items exceeding four figures in value. They are at fault, know it, and seem to have no urgency. Instead my own business suffers the reputation damage from their mistakes and delays.
The team is nice enough and for non-fragile items, I guess it’s fine. But if you have serious items or business, stay away.

This has got to be the most efficient professional and friendly UPS store in NJ. I drive there almost everyday even though there are other stores closer to me . The people working there are a great asset to UPS. Please acknowledge.
