  0/10 - Customer service is dead. When I had a package even arrive to its destination empty, I was hoping it was an accident. Now today I gave in packed return and the two young ladies running the desk tried to give me a hard time about it. Literally any other location will take your return and even maybe let you use a shred of tape as a courtesy. Both employees came into their shifts this morning looking to argue and I’m not entertaining that kind of behavior. I am hoping my return gets to its destination appropriately. I recommend going to literally any other business.

  Always a good experience, the employees are always very helpful and attentive, the owner Vincent always ensures all my needs are met and all my packages are always available for pickup without delay. I recommend this store as others do get overcrowded however at this location they always have employees at all counters ensuring you are in out quick and easy. Great location, staff and a value to this area. Keep it up guys!
