  My go-to UPS store because the staff genuinely cares!! Shout out to Buthaina, she is always friendly, fast, and will troubleshoot if something comes up. This store is convenient and reliable every time 👍🏼

  Big thanks to the owners/employees at the Metuchen UPS store. I arrived just as they were closing, after they had already closed the register. But they welcomed me in, took care of my package, and even waived the charge. Their kindness and professionalism really impressed me.

  Cannot recommend this store and staff enough for always helping with my needs in such a kind and professional manner. I’ve had resumes printed here over the years, packages shipped around the holidays that arrived on time and they always are so eager to help with a smile. Thank you for always being so reliable and people I can count on with many of my last minute needs.

  What a delight to visit the Metuchen UPS Store! I rated the experience with five stars because of the service that I received from Brie. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by her. What was so incredibly touching was that the welcome was genuine and heartfelt. She engaged me in a brief and kind conversation as she took care of my shipping needs. Brie’s positivity was contagious. She is a bright light and added a special sparkle to my experience in the UPS Store!
