I am a customer of this All State office whom just found out that her account that was set up for auto payments from my bank had some type of issue note its not money wise for I have more than needed to pay my bill. Someone processed my insurance pmt request it came back and no one called me or emailed me that there was a payment issue. 11/02/24 at at exactly 10:02pm I get an email providing me with a copy of my insurance cards, so I go oh great my new cards are here. Only to see what, the ones that expire on 11/04/24. Logging into my account I see that something called E Pay requested payment back, my bank sends out eCheck hmmm. When a staff member in my Agents office set up my payment last year in 2023, the Staff Member gave my bank wrong information he keyed in information wrong so that payment had been rejected. After I went to the bank and they contacted All State it was found that the rep made the wrong computer entry causing the failure of payment. Well now, I do not know why whatever bank denied the payment, for my banking information does not show ever receiving anything in recently from All State for request of payment of my policy period. No one contacted me from Andres Novarro's office, nope, they just removed all banking information from my account so even their Corporate Online staff were even unable to verify the name of the bank or my account information with me to see if they keyed in the wrong information again. No calls were made to me for I have nothing no messages on any of my phones, house phone with an answering machine, cell phone with text messaging and voice mail nothing period. Only calls I got was from one of his femal Agents a few weeks back same gal that told me I would be paying over $1800.00 after my Agent whom is on the account told me it would be $1,741.92 for I had the direct payment method on the account that gave me a discount. For she was also trying to sell me Life insurance which I did not want and I explained nicely I did not want a policy at this time, she then asked do you even have a life insurance policy apparently she was trying to look that up some how. Note: All States Corporate offices have been notified.

Andres was great. I updated my auto policy address over the weekend due to a recent move, and he quickly called me first thing Monday morning to confirm the change address request and policy update. He also bundled my renter's insurance, which saved me money, AND he also notified me about the COVID-19 auto insurance give back, and informed me about the Drivewise discount. I'm now saving about $400 a year. Andres was extremely nice and helpful, and because everything was online and I had automatic payments set up he was able to complete everything in a 5 minute phone call. I would highly recommend Andres as your agent.

I was with Allstate ( different office) since about 1995. I left last year because I got a really great quote from another insurance company by bundling my policy.
I went back to all state and they were great with explaining all my coverages. I also saved money. Rajesh, Ricardo and Andres were all very accommodating and easy to work with.
