    Not pleased with this location. Usually use Lumberton location but not an option for the Amazon return. Husband just went to return an Amazon package, only to have the middle aged gentleman working refuse the package, stating "this is called an original package not how it was shipped to you." Amazon delivered in the original box as they do many of the items we receive. Need to have this package returned and he said we need to provide the original brown shipping box, of which there was not one. What a waste of time!

    We are traveling and spending a few days in the area. Had an Amazon order delivered to this location without issue. The folks were friendly and helpful when we picked up the package. Would recommend this location as an option.

    This is the most helpful UPS store I have ever been to. When there were issues with my international package the manager worked tirelessly to solve the problem and kept me informed of the situation. This is my go to place for document uploads and notarization. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location. Thank you guys so much for everything!
