    The New leadership of this store is horrible ride unprofessional and a nasty disposition. Lack severe people and customer service skills customers beware. Hope he doesnt replace his inherited staff to match his rude disrespectful attitude.

    There are new owners here for a few years now and they are awesome! I believe a lot of the negative reviews are from the previous guy. Disregard them because this place is great and they are super friendly and helpful here!

    I had such a great experience at my local UPS Store! They recently changed ownership and you can really feel the difference. The new team was super helpful with my returns, made everything quick and easy, and had such a friendly attitude. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!
