    Brought my son over on a Sunday night to try Wingstop for the first time, his experience was waiting really long. It was not a good choice to decide to come in and order to eat in. They seem to mostly focus on take outs. The cashier apologized for the delay but the experience for a first time was terrible, also the tables to dine in where not cleaned and there were no napkins only a roll of brown paper. It got to the point that I decided to take my phone and write a review. Still waiting for my food as I write this.

    I used to order online from this place and never had any issues, but this was my first time trying to place an order in person, and the experience was very disappointing. I arrived with five young children. We needed a couple of minutes to decide what to order, and there were no other customers waiting at the time. I politely asked for a moment, but the employee simply looked at us without saying anything and then went to the back with the other workers. Less than two minutes later, I said we were ready to order. Instead of helping us, the employee ignored us and focused on asking customers coming through the door whether they were picking up orders. Then the phone rang, and he answered it without acknowledging us at all. I honestly don’t understand what kind of customer service this is. Making customers wait unnecessarily and completely ignoring them is unacceptable. The employee seemed upset after I asked for a minute, and at that point I no longer felt comfortable ordering food for my family because I was worried about how our order would be handled. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The business lost a large order for seven people because of poor customer service. Very disappointing experience.

    Less than one star I never got to taste the food. They took 20 minutes and I walked out without my food, and I was the only person in the restaurant the restaurant was filthy and the staff were all filthy. I was actually happy. They took 20 minutes and walked out without eating. I’m sure I saved myself. Food poisoning. Definitely would not go here ever this place will not be in business for long. I don’t know how it’s been in business this long.

    Absolutely love the wings. They listen to feedback about the fries and massively improve them. Every person on staff has been wonderful.
