    The worst customer service know to man. I got an email that my order was ready, so I went to go pick up inside and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The employees didn’t greet me once or asked if I had an order. I ordered a large ranch and they forgot it. So I asked to be given that. Very disappointed with this atmosphere and the attitude of these employees. There was a lady in the back just yelling and being completely unprofessional while the boy upfront acted uninterested in even working. This experience showed a complete lack of organization, communication, and basic customer service. If an order isn’t actually ready, don’t send customers an email saying it is. Between the excessive wait, missing items, and unprofessional staff behavior, this was an extremely disappointing visit.

    Never expect your order to be ready at the scheduled time expect to wait 15 minutes past. If you have to call about canceling or changing an order they’ll never pick up the phone.

    I ordered lemon pepper wings. I spent $70 on my order and they all came PLAIN JANE. I Door Dashed so I couldn’t get a full refund. I had to season and air fry and try to get them right. (Which they never did) Very disappointed ☹️. My fries were missing as well. What happened to quality control? Shameful!! My family wanted a treat and we got tricked! The community works too hard to waste money in this manner. DO BETTER 🫵🏽
