  Always have a great experience at this location, as I mainly stop for my Amazon returns. Staff members are helpful and so nice, and patrons hold doors for one another and are always so respectful. My last visit was on 6/9, and wish I stopped a little longer to chat with the nicest fellow customer leaving the store at the same time as me!

  Shoutout to the UPS team in our area. In a time when people are quick to complain, it’s important to recognize good service too. The drivers are out there every day in all kinds of weather, making sure packages get where they need to go safely and on time. I’ve consistently seen professionalism, courtesy, and hard work from the local UPS staff. Whether it’s a small package or something important, they keep things moving and rarely get the credit they deserve. Thank you to the drivers, warehouse workers, and everyone behind the scenes. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

  This review is on behalf of me and my mother's experience on 5/19/2026. The Store Manager's professionalism and customer service was excellent. My mother is elderly and limited in English and providing support can be a challenge when I'm physically not there to help. A simple Amazon return that requires a label and box, but not having access to a printer is an added challenge to navigate. The Store Manager walked my mom through the process and also worked with me through the phone to ensure I used their Email to Print service. This might be expected and might not seem big, but can be rarely experienced and provided. This UPS Store met that expectation and will always be our go to spot for all offered/available UPS services.
