  Absolutely the worst place to order from. I've used them 2-3 times unwillingly just out of my wanting to have this food now and then. Their attitude is bad. Forget about online ordering, they do half of what you tell them. I've never been pleased but this time I wanted to share my experience.

  Today’s visit was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. I ordered online and took the time to leave specific instructions, but the instructions were not followed. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when customers take the time to leave comments, they should be reviewed and followed as closely as possible. Ordering online should make things easier, but when the instructions are ignored, it defeats the purpose. I hope the staff can pay more attention to online order notes in the future, because it can make a big difference in the customer’s experience.
