  Went in today for windshield wipers. Was told there was a deal on a specific line of them and would receive a free windshield cleaner. Helen grabbed the wipers for me and the cleaner and rang me up. Obnoxious about not giving a phone number. I wish companies would figure out that harassing customers for phone numbers only discourages people from being customers again. Got home, went to put the receipt in my budget, and realized that I was charged for the cleaner. What the hell? This is the first bad experience I've had with the store, but it's unacceptable to treat people this way. I'm glad I didn't put the wipers on yet because I'm returning everything tomorrow.

  Yesterday, my car battery died completely, and I wasn’t sure where to go. I found an Advance Auto Parts about 15 minutes away, and I’m glad I did. When I arrived, Luis assisted me and provided outstanding service. His professionalism and quality of care were truly unmatched. I told him I planned to install the battery myself, and he took the time to guide me on the right tools and steps to get it done properly. About an hour after my purchase, I called the store again, and Luis answered. I let him know I would be coming back with the old battery and asked if he could check my installation. When I returned, he noticed the battery needed a small adjustment and took the time to fix it for me. What stood out the most was his patience especially since it was close to closing time. He never rushed me and made sure everything was done right. The customer service at this location exceeds any place I’ve been to. Attentive and dedicated service like Luis provided should be the standard everywhere. Thank you, Advance Auto Parts, for making my first experience such a pleasant one.

  I made a pick-up order online and the ordered went through. When I stopped by the store for my order. The store manager isn’t only rude, but also simply told me he couldn’t find the part. This wasn’t the way store manger handled the situation like that and treated customers horribly. No wonder why the other staff were the same.

  Great store, great parts, good pricing and discounts. The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. The on-line shopping helps me quickly sort out part options for my saved vehicles and the "ready in 30 minutes" saves time. Very good experience at Advance!
