  Wow! Just wow. I am normally a very computer savvy person. But when I had to email important paperwork to the admissions department of my university, the school in question did not make it easy. Mike, with a calm demeanor and exceptional personability skills, assured me he would be able to guide me through the process with no issue. My email, for whatever reason, refused to send documents to their computer for printing. Michael thought of every possible avenue from forwarding the email directly to checking app settings , to ensure I didn't have sending limitations. He was able to get it to work, on top of also simultaneously helping two other customers send packages. 10/10 customer service!

  Evan was very helpful in helping me send important medical reports and disks to my doctor in NYC. I was amazed that UPS delivered the package the very next day. Thank God the doctor’s office called me today to schedule an appointment and said the doctor reviewed my medical report and disks. I will be seeing the doctor on July 9, 2026.   My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.
