  I had read your l reviews prior to my visit this morning and Jim, the store associate, did not disappoint. He was professional and guided me through the process. He was patient through all of my five boxes of varying sizes. I live about 15 miles away and it was worth the drive. Thanks Jim!

  Very unhelpful poeple. I brought a heavy (about 35 pounds) and unregulated shaped item to this location for packaging. After a long wait, the lady through her hands in the air and said " I don't know what to do with this!!). Another lady came over and said that they needed to telescope 2 two 18 inch cubes together inorder to package it I said fine please do it. She I don't have time now, leave it and it will be ready on Monday (it was Friday). I said how will it? She calculated it and said $132.00. I declined and instead I bought 2 , 18 cubes and bubble wraps and decided to do it myself. At home I telescope d the 2 cubes and found it to be 4 times as big as my item. I instead went to the UPS store in Marlboro. The Lady there (her name was T) was wonderful. She not only packaged my item and took a big box and cut ir down to size, she did it while I was there, although the store was busy with poeple waiting on line. The charge was $85.00. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful.
