  My mother has been waiting for a package since May 21 2026. I called Fed Ex yesterday to see if I could help. They said they would deliver it today. She sat outside at 8AM in hopes of meeting the driver. At 8:46 AM they sent me an email saying they tried to deliver the package. Using an old picture from their attempt on the 21st. They lied. To further this frustration I called the 800 number and the agent verified that the package was not even sent out from the station today. And she was shocked to hear me tell her about what was occurring. We still do not have the package. And the company is not allowing me to speak directly to the Fed Ex station that has the package. The station in Mahwah New Jersey refuses to deliver and refuses to call me. This is horrific. And completely unacceptable!

  I had such a great experience at this FedEx location thanks to Tatiana. She truly went above and beyond—she was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was that she personally called me when my package arrived, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. Tatiana is a huge asset to this location, and I really appreciate the extra care she took.
