  New owner/manager very kind. Helped me pack and send out a large painting and some ceramic mugs to my sister in Colorado. Will def be coming back here

  This store is supposed to be open on Sundays until 3:00 p.m. I arrived at 12:45 p.m., but the door was locked, and the place appeared closed. There were no notes or any indication of what had happened on the door. As a result, I’ve given this store a 1-star review.

  I drive 45 min out of my way to do business with the Madison UPS store. Dan, the owner and the behind the desk worker, is hardworking, friendly, and helpful! He takes such great care of the items I ship, he greets his customers with such kindness, and he helps his customers with patience and understanding. I appreciate him, the work he does, and the service he provides. Thank you, Dan!

  I wanted to leave a nice glowing review because I know the store is currently rated low due to less than kind managers in the past, but I really want to shout out Dan. I’ve been to the Madison location twice this semester to ship all of my things back home from college as I’m graduating and he remembered me the second time! He’s so extremely helpful and most of all, kind and patient. Not a lot of employees demonstrate much genuine kindness anymore and it’s so refreshing and nice to see. I sometimes get anxious before going places where I know employees have been rude in the past but I’ve never been anxious when I know I need to go to the UPS store. I really hope this location gets a higher rating one day and once again shoutout to Dan for being a great guy!
