  My husband went just today to get me $40 dollars worth of wings because I was sick for the last few days in bed and could not get up to cook. He purchased 2 boneless meal deals, each comes with 2 ranch sauces. We have a daughter so he asked for 2 extra ranch sauces, the guy said he had to pay extra. What???? We just spent $40 on you and it’s RANCH! Not an extra piece of chicken…. Come on Wingstop…it was not a small meal.

  This is the 3rd time ordering from there and all 3 times the wings were overcooked..Meat was dry ..You need people who know what they are doing to fry these things right..So disappointed. SMH

  Called store after getting wings that weren’t cooked, cashier had the audacity to hang up and then decided to tell me my wings were cooked/ well done. Since when do you argue with the customer, figured since it was close it was convenient I’ll travel before I return to this establishment and lied as she told her name was Maria it’s states Jennifer on the receipt

  ordered here already a couple of times, staff has always been friendly and attentive. place is always clean and they always get my order right and on time.

  When l come to a Wing Stop there is a problem regardless of location. Every time when I try to order online there is a an issue. First it started with the Little Ferry location twice about 5 years ago. Terrible customer service and food not good. Now I try to give Wing Stop another chance as a whole because they were giving boneless wings for free when you sign up for the rewards app. Then I try to place the order but it won't let me because I have to spend $5 to get the free wings which it didn't say in the promo when I first signed up for the rewards app. So I'm like give them a 3rd chance it is a new location. But somehow still a problem. I try to order the 5 boneless wings so I can get the free boneless wings for carryout but it won't let me in the app. So I go inside and talk to the employee. He's like come back tomorrow my manager will be here tomorrow. I'm already aggravated and don't want to take it out on him and I leave. My only thought as I leave is how is there no manager at 7:45 pm on Wednesday on 5/27/26? You guys just let employees run the show the rest of the night? It's ridiculous that every single time I tried Wing Stop there is a freaking issue especially because the free 5 boneless wings literally has a sticker outside the store but the employee has no idea what I'm talking about. Do better Wing Stop.
