  I have been coming to the store to drop off my packages and I was happy with this store until today. I’m an online seller I shipped and packed thousands of packages over 10 years. Today hey told me I cannot ship this product in its original package because it’s the product package that shows the product and I need to purchase a package. I said it doesn’t make any sense. I’ve been doing this all the time and they insisted i need a box. I said you guys don’t make any sense and I just left and I went to Rutherford UPS and I just dropped it there without any issue. It is mind blowing all af a sudden they decided to refuse to take the package in its original package because i dropped there so many boxes without any issue. Nevertheless another UPS store took the box without giving me any trouble they didn't even say a single word about the box.

  They were so kind and patient with me. Mahi, an associate, went above and beyond to explain everything to me and was very polite and made the experience of sending packages overseas so simple.
