  Other times I went there I have little to no trouble with the employees here. It got 1 star down because I had a package sent to this location because the package needs a signature and ups kept bringing it to the house between 10am-12pm like seriously? This location charges $5 to pick it up which is beyond stupid honestly. It was scheduled for Saturday and ups decided Saturday morning nah we not bringing it. So I had to contact the shipper to reroute it. There shouldn’t be a charge to pick up a package because ups decides to deliver in middle of the weekdays when normally they don’t come in the area till 4pm.

  The staff at this store is expert at saying no. They find ways to say no to customers. They refused to take a customers Amazon return packet because that packet was not fully taped. Then they said no to me with some ridiculously small excuse. I took my package to another ups store and they accepted it. Would not recommend this store.

  This is my far the BEST UPS Store! Friendly and Fast Service! Mahi and the guys are a pleasure to do business with! I would recommend going here, even if it is out of your way!!!
