  I received exceptional service from Mr. Patel at this location. It’s my understanding that the store is under new management, and the service I received today was far above any I’ve experienced here before. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to ship large or small items. I shipped a 65-pound item with no problems. Thank goodness for this local UPS Store.

  This is the best ups store I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Last week I had to get a car title notarized and I was out the door and done in minutes even though it was busy. This week we were organizing a community initiative and needed flyers. Karstik Patel who I believe may be the owner took personal care of it, gave us an incredible deal, and hung the flyer on the businesses poster board. A business like this is an asset to the community that I'm glad we have. I can't recommend it enough and will go nowhere else for any shipping, printing, notarizing etc. needs. This is how you run a community business.

  Always a positive experience. They bailed me out today when I forgot to put the RMA number on my box. They pulled down a bunch of boxes to find mine so that I could put an RMA sticker on it. Thanks Zayn.

  I went to this UPS store to drop off a Amazon return of mine. The clerk could not have been more courteous. I had trouble handling the big box and he came to my assistance. I would highly recommend this store as the customer service offered there is the best.
