    Low quality ,not using fresh breads , portion of the sandwiches are unusually small . Chicken, meat, turkey ,… are way too old . Not a good place to order 👎

    This chain is so inconsiderate and doesn't even follow my instructions as I asked that my sandwich to be cut into 3 pieces. What really triggered me today was even the sandwich being cut into 3 piecez. I arrived in store to pick up my sandwiches. How do I place an mobile order for pick up and you do not provide me with a bag for 2 sandwiches. Just handed me the sandwiches with about 4 napkins. I asked for 2 bags and were told it will be $0.11 cents each. At first I were going to pay for the bag and convenience, but i decided not to pay and just take my sandwiches and walk out. I even left the napkins. If someone order a mobile pick up. Why isn't my food in a bag for pick up? I ordered mobile pick up countless times in the past and I were always handed a bag sealed for safety reasons with my food. But today I were handed 2 sandwiches without a bag. It wasn't even about the money ($0.22). Bc I were going to just use tap to pay for the bags for the convenience. But then I thought about it being a mobile order and why wasnt my food secured in a sealed bag? Why wasn't I offered a bag? But have to pay again for 2 bags? So if I ordered the sandwiches in person, would i have to pay for the bag too? If doordash or Uber eats picked up my food, they would've handed them 2 subs without a bag to hand it to the customer? Absolutely unacceptable just for 2 sandwich paper bags. Why wasn't it included in my order prior to checking out on the mobile app? Smh I'll not be visiting this location ever again. Even if I were dining in which I did at other chains, I wasn't even given a tray bc he knew it was an to go order. No bag smh

    Complete rip off my sandwich was barely filled. The most skimped sandwich ive ever gotten. Dont even bother coming here and it smells horrible in there
