  Nelly was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient with my mom and treated her with so much kindness, compassion, and respect. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed her, and made her feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. It honestly felt like she was treating my mom as if she were family. In a situation that could have been overwhelming, Nelly made it easy and reassuring.   Im very grateful full for Nelly Santiago,My visit to the office was to cancel policies but Nelly did a revision of my policies and saved me money on auto/home I had already purchase GEICO insurance she also assisted me to do a GEICO flat cancelation the best customer server ever 💯 Nelly has provided me I highly recommend her to all that need quality insurance
