  I had a frustrating experience at this location. The employee scanned my QR code returns but refused the return with an accusatory attitude, saying my amazon item needed to be boxed (it was already in a sealed box) He required me to supply my own box for a return that clearly qualified for 'no box' return. I dont have a box this large and getting one was hassingly difficult. I just went to another UPS instead and they took it without any issue or questioning.

  I’m surprised the reviews are what they are. I’ve experienced nothing but good service and friendly interactions everytime I’ve visited. whether that be for my wife’s returns or me shipping out for my business. Would highly recommend
