  Awful service. Made up policies. This place is awful. Refused a package making up a policy that was proven wrong on the spot with literature from the supplier. They still refused. Do not go there. Save yourself a headache go anywhere else other than that dump.

  Very poor customer experience on 4/25/26. The two male staff members, one older and one younger, were very inattentive and did not seem interested in helping. When I approached the counter and placed package on the scale for scanning, I was intentionally ignored while the staff served other customers behind me. I had to actively ask for help before they acknowledged me. Earlier, another customer was struggling with notarized documents and has asked for help but received little to no support. There was also a customer with shipment issues who was not properly helped by the older staff member. With multiple people needing assistance and no sense of urgency, it created a long backup line. The overall service felt disorganized, unprofessional, unwelcomed and frustrating for everyone waiting.

  Poor customer service! Charges $2 for a small piece of tape (the length of my nail). Nickels and dimes for everything. The owner is always looking grumpy and uptight. Communication and delivery is so poor. Avoid at all cost, this privately owned location does not deserve any business.
