    Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and they came unseasoned. My wife placed this order online and customized the fries to say extra seasoning. I called at 7:50 pm 5/27 and whoever answered wouldn’t take my complaint and just ignored me. Rude store. Bad quality. Not coming back.

    worst wingstop experience ever. placed my order online and called to confirm the well done fries. girl on phone kept telling me she didn't see the order. asked if she wanted order number and she said a name was needed. but still says she didn't see the order name. and hung-up the phone. i called back and asked for a manager and the same girl said she couldn't give me the manager's name. asked if there was a shift manager and she says no again. i told her it was rude to hang-up while i was still talking but by that time i was already pissed and requested refund and i said i'll be there for a refund. when i get to wingstop, the two workers, maria and a guy who says he only speaks "little" tell me they don't speak English. meanwhile the girl who answered the phone says for refund to call tmrw and speak to the manager. i tell her i don't know who i should ask for and all she says is i can't tell you that. what kind of restaurant service is this? no one out of three (3) people working speaks English or will say who the manager is. so, no food, no refund. i will never order from this wingstop ever again. i will tell my friend to get someone else to do a pickup bc i won't come here again. and this is not the first wingstop i've gone to where the service is on the level of 'don't really care' abt the customer experience. and i won't patron an establishment where people tell me they don't speak English. or tell me my order doesn't exist when email confirmation says differently. ironically enough, i was almost surprised when i asked, that the one girl actually told me her name was maria. then proceeded to say a whole lot in Spanish. and when i said i didn't understand, can you say it in English, maria just waved her hand like she didn't understand. yet the serv-safe certificate on the wall says maria contreras. after working 10hrs it shouldn't be this hard to get a sandwich and fries. and no one was capable of initiating a customer request for refund either🤔 03.13 UPDATE: called back for the manger late afternoon on 03.10 and while i was able to speak briefly with caroline, i quickly learned that English is not her first language. caroline put edwin on the phone to translate. i appreciate edwin being gracious and proactively taking some accountability for the lack of service provided, however, that was/is not his responsibility to do so. i was informed that a refund was initiated that night. in-store, but have no idea to may have conducted the authorization bc i know for a fact it wasn't done while i was in the store. however, i still do not see a refund reflected to my account. i am not aware of how much edwin translated to the manager or how much she understood, not that it matters. i won't be back here. oh, and edwin said they don't give out mangers name bc of "scams"?? doesn't make sense but ok, if that's what you say. another reason not to come back to this location.
