  Today was my first time coming to this UPS store to do a return and let me tell you… Darion and Brian are excellent store associates! Very helpful and cheerful. Would definitely come back if I need any further services in the future. Recommend 100% to anyone. Great customer service.

  This UPS location was very convenient and fast. Darion was very helpful and has top notch customer service. I loved that it’s black owned and I also met the owner Joenika who was also very nice and gave great customer service. Top 10 highly recommend.

  I’ve had such a great experience at this UPS location! The owner is incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure every customer has a positive experience. She always takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled properly—you never feel rushed or like you’re just another customer. It’s clear that she takes a lot of pride in her store and in providing excellent service. That kind of personal attention and care is rare these days and really makes a difference. Highly recommend this location!

  Jay was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with such a warm, friendly attitude and made me feel welcomed right away. Her customer service was excellent, and she was patient, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire experience. It’s refreshing to come across someone who not only does their job well, but also makes customers feel valued. Jay is a great representative of The UPS Store, and her kindness and professionalism definitely stood out. She deserves the recognition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
