  Great experience at Advanced Auto Parts store in Linden on St. George Avenue. I had an easy and smooth experience at advanced auto parts. I needed assistance purchasing a gas can and Samuel F., was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Make sure I felt confident about my purchase, his friendly attitude and knowledge really made a difference. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return in the future.

  I enjoy visiting this Advance Auto Parts in Linden, NJ. The workers are friendly and quick to give you nothing but help. They have everything you need in stock.

  I have used this store for many years, but lately I have stopped buying parts here because their workers are very nasty. Last experience, I took a battery that I purchased 3 years ago. The battery died twice on me, and I fully charged at home. I have the big mechanic shop battery charger because I have 6 cars at home. So, the battery was obviously not holding the charge. One male attendant was going to give me a new battery because the warranty was still on. But he did not have the battery in stock, so I have to return another day. When I returned two days after, a woman attendant was very nasty when I tried to explain what the problem was, she just refused to acknowledge the warranty and she said she will charge it and check it. After I returned a few hours later, another attendant said the battery was fully charged with 12.5 volts. I know about car batteries, it is not just the voltage; his machine also said that the maximum charge was also 80 %. Yesterday I put the battery in the car and that car started, but this morning it did not. The battery is dead again.  They just refused to acknowledge the warranty. I always buy the most expensive battery because of the warranty.  Out of the 6 cars I have, this was the last battery from this store. All the other cars have batteries from Auto Zone; the batteries last longer, and the attendants are not nasty. I will never go back to this store again.

  I just went to Advanced Auto Parts for car issues and Akilah was so pleasant helped me right away and help fix the issue with my car. I really appreciate going here with great customer service.
