  Worked with Philip on picking up and shipping an item from Willow Auction. Philip was definitely one of the best among all UPS stores that I have worked with. He was very responsive to emails and very considerate to my needs. I definitely recommend this store if you have a similar situation. They also gave very competitive rate. Don’t need to wait for the auction house to give quote. The auction house was slow and expensive.

  The workers there are very kind and helpful. I had several boxes to send out and they let me use a cart to avoid multiple trips and offered me water. I will definitely be back!
