  I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors store. The customer service was rude and dismissive, especially from one female staff member who showed no interest in assisting me. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not the level of service I expect from a luxury brand. Very unprofessional.

  I recently visited the Michael Kors outlet at Quaker Bridge Mall and was very impressed with the selection of merchandise and the prices. I found a great deal on a new handbag that I had been eyeing for a while, and I was also able to score some great deals on watches and jewelry. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone looking for a great deal on Michael Kors merchandise.

  All staff members are beautiful and wear the MK clothing and accessories well....they are all very knowledgeable about their products and super helpful did i mention they are all gorgeous ....lol...super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful
