  Writing this review because I was surprised to see Josiah mentioned negatively twice. Had this young man help me with a flat rate shipment. Told him that it was my first time shipping flat rate with fedex and he was very polite and patient to walk me through. My packaged needed to be weighed but there was somebody's golf club on the scale. Josiah carefully moved it as not to damage the clubs accidentally. It's rare to find people willing to work with care and good attitude. Very impressed.

  I had a fantastic experience at this location thanks to the Store Manager, Jenn. After a Canadian passport photo I had taken here previously was rejected by the government for strict lighting requirements, Jenn stepped in to resolve the issue with incredible patience and professionalism. She listened carefully, agreed to redo the photos, and even covered the international reshipping fee to make things right. She personally retook the photos three times to ensure they were 100% compliant and handled the shipping package with absolute care. Outstanding customer service—highly recommend this store for your shipping and passport needs!

  Needed a conference poster printed with literally 30 mins before my presentation time. Jenn was able to get that done for me in record time. She really saved my presentation! She was my super hero!

  Dropped off ground packages at 3:30 Pm and they were not being picked up. Seems like they don’t follow their ground cut off time of 4 pm and have it early on. Pathetic service
