  I’ve visited this UPS Store several times, and the customer service has consistently been disappointing and rude On my most recent visit, I was told I couldn’t pack my item in-store and the employee was rude in how she communicated that. She also tried to add insurance after I clearly said I didn’t need it, and her attitude worsened when I declined. I explained that the item was fragile, but instead of offering helpful guidance, I was just told to pack it properly and had to buy a fragile sticker. Overall, I’ve had repeated poor experiences here. Customers should be treated with basic respect and courtesy, and unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. I can’t recommend this location. I would go to US Postal Service and it’s much cheaper and will get there at the same time and handle with care

  EXTREMELY RUDE girl at the counter! Unprofessional, arrogant and sassy. It was my first time returning an item and she acted very annoyed tapping her long nails on the counter rolling her eyes. She definitely doesn't belong in a customer service position!

  To give the benefit of the doubt, I recognize that my experience may not reflect everyone else's, and perhaps I simply visited on an off day. My personal experience, however, was not pleasant. I did not feel that I received good customer service. The way I was questioned came across as disrespectful and made me feel as though I was being treated like I was unintelligent. That interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I would only return to this UPS Store if I absolutely had to. If I do, I'll go in protecting my own peace of mind. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the environment was not a positive or welcoming one.

  Terrible customer service the young girl at the counter seemed like she was doing me a favor by taking my package she should be lucky she has a job typical young generation help. Never had an attitude dropping off at Kohls
