  This is the second time I have been in there and it is clean and everybody working there is very efficient and I'm usually just in and out in no time. Very pleasant experience.

  If the greeting was indicative of the service I would expect, I already knew what was coming. I made an appointment prior to coming in and notified the staff who said they don't get the notices. Granted, it can happen. I walked over to the two ladies who said they'd take care of us. I asked rate information, etc. This was actually my second time with mailbox rental with a UPS store. The last time was professional, courteous and pleasant in New York. I thought this would be similar...hardly. The rudeness was astounding. We retrieved our documents, thanked them for their time and existed the establishment. Very unpleasant experience. I had read the staff was rude but, I feel like everyone deserves a chance and anyone can have a bad day but this was really bad.

  Just went to UPS (my first time shipping anything in my life lol) and the employee there, Jessica, was super helpful and patient with all of my newbie questions. She and the rest of the staff here are so lovely. I did notice there was a customer before me who was quite rude and calling them vulgar names (c word), which is appalling. Anyone who treats employees like that should be ashamed. These girls are top notch employees and I will absolutely be back to ship more things out :)
