I went to my local fed ex in Lakewood, NJ. I was returning a rug I hated. The website said to put in similar packaging so I found a large bag it wasn’t great but all I had. I went to fed ex with it. Olivia said you need a box I asked how much for a box and she told me to hold on and stepped away from the counter. She came back with a box perfect for the rug. She helped me package and tape it up. She was the most pleasant, courteous person I have ever met. The experience was painless and pleasant. The world needs more people like Olivia. She not only repurposed a box headed for landfill but she got a customer for life because of her experience and expertise. I hope she doesn’t recieved any type of negativity from corporate for not selling a box for $2.50 because I would not return if I had to purchase the box but now I will return over and over because of Olivia saving me time and money. She’s a shiny sparkle of hope in this dark world we live in. Thank you Olivia keep up the awesome work!!!!
