  had a great experience at UPS thanks to Warren. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. He provided excellent customer service and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to be patient and welcoming.   I went in a couple of days ago and as always, the service is fantastic! Ismael is the main guy who always helps me to pack my boxes and ship them. He is an expert at choosing the correct box for the shipment by just scanning the items I want to send. He looked at my two full bags and new immediately which box to choose. As he packed it away effortlessly, I was shocked. Not to sound like I'm glazing, but I am always thoroughly impressed. I only go to this UPS store because it is a good experience. Thank you!

  Guy who helped me was rude for no reason at all. I had a few different returns with different QR codes and one with a label. He was upset that I showed him a label. On another return it was packaged already and he was upset that I didn’t tape it. I asked if he could help with that and he charged me for a whole roll of tape!!! Ridiculous- I felt robbed and unwelcome. When I asked him why was I charged for a roll of tape, he stumbled and said those were the rules. Umm where? Show me. And he just couldn’t answer. Terrible customer service. Felt personal. OH and he didn’t keep that same energy with the next non color person on the line - just saying.
