  Do yourself a favour, drive to another store. The staff here is rude and unwelcoming. I drove here from work to return a package and people inside had the door locked and looked at their watch to see what time it was (there was still 30minutes before the store closed), and opened the door and immediately walked away as if the customer is an inconvenience. Charged me $2.84 for A RETURN!! I had the QR code with me and still required me to pay for it. Worst experience at a UPS. Luckily there's another one at the same distance from my house. Never coming here again. Edit: the owner responded to my review, conveniently left out how the employee saw their watch BEFORE "opening the gate" for me. How would you feel if you went to an establishment and the guys look at the time before coming to help you? Also there were a bunch of people who came after me, so I never denied them being busy. Just rubbed me off the wrong way.

  There should have been an option for negative stars for this place. My husband needed to notarize 1 document and had 7 original documents with him. The lady signed and stamped the document to be notarized and charged him $17.50 by the rate of $2.50 for each document. Why? Because she “saw” all of them. I mean, “Are you crazy?” In the past they have charged me $2 for a piece of tape. Will never ever recommend to anyone. Update: the owner responded as you can see. The response is clear that they charge for ‘just seeing’ the documents. Btw, he did get his document notarized for $3.00 in the area.

  I used to always go to this UPS store for any returns. The man who usually works there is nice and has always been very helpful. There is a lady who does customer service sometimes with very bad attitude towards the customer. I will avoid this store from now on because of her

  Closed on Father’s Day. Interesting. Besides the beyond rude and lazy staff doing the bare minimum. Way to go ups
