  I usually go here for convenient self service Amazon returns. But God forbid if you need help with something. The lady who works there gives you a look like you are really causing her an inconvenience. Yes, she will help you, but she does not want to.

  I used to always go to this UPS store for any returns. The man who usually works there is nice and has always been very helpful. There is a lady who does customer service sometimes with very bad attitude towards the customer. I will avoid this store from now on because of her

  Closed on Father’s Day. Interesting. Besides the beyond rude and lazy staff doing the bare minimum. Way to go ups

  Rude customer service lady who thinks that she is doing a favor for the customer. She doesn’t realize that there are multiple UPS stores within a 2 miles radius.
