  Been using them for a few years. Very convenient to send packages. This location has gone through multiple owners but I've never had any issues.

  I had an excellent experience at my local UPS Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They handled my shipment quickly and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. What really stood out was how efficient and organized everything was- no long waits, clear guidance, and great customer service. It’s rare to find a place where the team goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend this UPS Store if you want fast service and super friendly staff. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve visited!

  I went there to pick up my package that I had to pay extra to be held there, because I had no one home to sign for it. The people there just told me they had received my package, but they had to return it to the sender without giving me a reason. They just told me to call customer service.

  Unfortunately, I couldn't give any lower rating This place has no sense of customer service. They hate Amazon returns and always give customers a hard time when they come to return amzon returns at this location.

  You should have done whatever it took to keep Jay. He was wonderful! Always pleasant and kind. Your store is not the same without him! From the other the reviews I can tell that everyone feels the same!
