  Samuel gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Wingstop. He was welcoming, respectful, and made sure everything with my order was taken care of properly. What stood out the most was how patient and helpful he was throughout the whole interaction. He kept a positive attitude, was smiling the entire time, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Samuel is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. 10/10 service and definitely deserves recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a 10/10 experience at Wingstop thanks to Samuel! I accidentally made a mistake with my order on my end, and Samuel was extremely helpful and made sure everything was fixed exactly to my liking. He was very kind, patient, and had a smile on his face the entire time. His customer service was seriously some of the best I’ve ever received at Wingstop. He went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Samuel definitely deserves recognition for the amazing service! I’ll definitely be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Go to spot for wings. Staff is always friendly and nice. Wings are always just as I order them. Never had any issues.

  The best wingstop location in jersey city. The new location near holland tunnel got totally different taste. Everyone working here are amazing. Always recommend new good flavor. Sam has always been the MAN.
