  Probably the worst UPS store in the state. The employees are rude and unhelpful. They try ripping off their customer by upcharging them for packaging and service. Do not use this store go to Fed Ex down the block.

  I ordered a package from UFC Store to arrive to this location in Jersey City. Please note that you must call the store in advance for them to hold a package for you if you are from out of state as policies vary with UPS Store locations. Despite a slight initial misunderstanding; John personally took the initiative in locating my packages before UFC 328. We communicated via text and he was able to diligently locate both of their whereabouts/ flagged them to ensure it didn't get returned to sender. Thank you so much for making my experience that much better in Newark!
