  First, this it’s not a UPS store this is actually a hole in the wall pharmacy called Vitalis disguised as a UPS store on Google Maps. They do have a tiny sign that says UPS, and they apparently do some UPS-related work but it’s not an official UPS store. Second, this store doesn’t follow the advertised hours. Even if you go during those hours, you might find yourself at a closed shop with the shutters down but the lights on. They seem to just advertise longer open hours to try to lure more customers, but they’re not always there during those hours. They’re just there whenever they want to be there. In other words many customers with time sensitive UPS business end up wasting their time making their way to the store thinking that this is a UPS store that will be open during the advertise hours, when in fact it’s not a UPS store, and it may be closed during those hours.

  I wish I got her name but there was a young lady who helped me a couple weeks ago when I missed my signature-required delivery by a few minutes. I gave her my information and she called me back when the delivery person returned so that I could retrieve my new phone that I was desperate to replace since mine was damaged. She was so sweet and it was amazing customer service. I promised to leave a review and I am more than happy to because of how accommodating they were on such a hectic day! Little things like that make a big impact and her effort is not lost on me.
