  I wish I got her name but there was a young lady who helped me a couple weeks ago when I missed my signature-required delivery by a few minutes. I gave her my information and she called me back when the delivery person returned so that I could retrieve my new phone that I was desperate to replace since mine was damaged. She was so sweet and it was amazing customer service. I promised to leave a review and I am more than happy to because of how accommodating they were on such a hectic day! Little things like that make a big impact and her effort is not lost on me.

  The people working in the store are absolutely awesome. They all greet you warmly and are always willing to help, whether it’s with printing, Amazon returns, or anything else. All the members are very humble, and I truly appreciate them.
