  I went to this UPS store this morning to ship my son’s broken iPhone to an Apple store and a lady in the store told me that she couldn’t scan my barcode that was emailed to me which was a complete lie. When I went to the other UPS store on the square, they did it with no problem. They also said that she just didn’t want to do it. Something that takes literally 5 minutes to do. It was giving very much racist and I didn’t like that. I will never go to this store again. The other young lady that was inside with her just stood there and she probably knew she was lying. Why would I need a QR code if the code that was sent to me was a barcode that was able to be scanned? It was BS.

  Had to go there to print two sheets of paper. Charged me $8 plus tax. Had no choice but to pay because needed it for building dept. I have a store too. I charge 50 cents per page. Don’t rip people off !

  This is the second time I’ve visited this UPS location, and on both occasions, the service has been abysmal—or the prices incredibly ridiculous. Go to a different UPS store; as for the staff—not everyone, but certainly some of them—they are terrible.

  Quoted $266 to ship a tiny 10-gram key internationally to India from this UPS location in Jersey City. Completely shocked by the pricing. Customers should compare rates online and with other carriers before paying at the counter. Felt extremely overpriced for such a small shipment.
