  Excellent location very easy to find and with ample parking. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. My shipment was processed quickly and the whole experience was simple and smooth. I visit the store very often and I definitely recommend this branch for its excellent service.

  The folks that work here are beyond the best people I've worked with. I've had experiences with DHL, FedEx, and some private distributors that haven't been nearly as friendly, responsible, and accomodating as these guys are. Ms. Jackie runs a tight ship and it shows!

  5/2/2026 I went to Store to return an Amazon item and the male employee was rude and that was bothering him. I should not have to ask for a receipt but I did and I had to insist. He finally gave me one and when I stepped outside I realize it was the wrong receipt. I went back and the female staff member was apologetic and accommodating. She stated I showed her the QR code and she stated it was not done and she processed the return. This could have cost me financial distress. There was only 1 man & 1 woman so corporate should be able to determine who the rude employee was.
