  The folks that work here are beyond the best people I've worked with. I've had experiences with DHL, FedEx, and some private distributors that haven't been nearly as friendly, responsible, and accomodating as these guys are. Ms. Jackie runs a tight ship and it shows!

  5/2/2026 I went to Store to return an Amazon item and the male employee was rude and that was bothering him. I should not have to ask for a receipt but I did and I had to insist. He finally gave me one and when I stepped outside I realize it was the wrong receipt. I went back and the female staff member was apologetic and accommodating. She stated I showed her the QR code and she stated it was not done and she processed the return. This could have cost me financial distress. There was only 1 man & 1 woman so corporate should be able to determine who the rude employee was.

  My go-to UPS joint. Lots of parking and incredibly efficient operations: friendly staff and limited wait time if at all. The store is very very well run.

  I have nothing but Amazing reviews for this UPS store It is always a Joy to enter & receive excellent service by each knowledgeable staff I am in & out in minutes !! They take care of business in a pleasant caring way l find I always leave with a Smile on my face !!
