    My first time ordering from here. I ordered online and when i reached the store, I got notification saying order is cancelled. Very unreliable

    I'm a regular eater of subs and have tried almost every store in Jersey City whichever comes in my way. But being the closest to my house I order here. There is this girl she never makes the sub as asked. I asked NO CUCUMBERS I clearly have a receipt of JALAPENOS EXTRA and I removed cucumbers with tomatoes and spinach etc. But this girl she intentionally ignores that every time or what?! I confronted her the first time she give me wrong ingredients I had to go back to the store. And she corrected it for me by adding jalapenos. Yet she does the JALAPENOS and CUCUMBER swap every time. And that changes the flavor of my foot long eveytime. Please tell her to be more careful watching the receipt as a customer feedback was not enough.

    The lady making sandwiches doesn’t know how to interact with customers. She will decide the price judging the customer irrespective of the menu. Prepares the food hastily with less ingredients. Go hungry but don’t visit this store ever.

    Never coming here again. Lady making the sandwiches was very rude and nasty to me. I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich and I paid partially in cash and the other part was supposed to be paid on my card. The payment wasn’t going through and the lady already made the sandwich. She took a 1/2 of the sandwich out and threw it away and gave me the other 1/2, but was very rude and nasty about the situation. Anyone else would’ve flipped out on her. She’s lucky I was hungry enough to take that 1/2 a sandwich. Don’t come here. Not worth someone making you feel embarrassed and some kind of way at the same time for your payment not going through.. SHE THREW THE OTHER HALF OF THE SANDWICH AWAY!! I barely even had it in the first place smh

    Everytime I come here the door is locked and there's a sign that says "Will be back in 5 minutes." It definitely takes them longer. Then when I go to pick up my mobile that is ready, the lady make me wait 5 minutes to get it while she completes another order. Won't be coming back here.
