  This subway sucks. On August 17th I entered the heights plaza location and was told I couldn’t add ham as a topping to their pizza. Yes they sell pizza but I genuinely always come here to get the same thing and was told the ham will burn … I feel like the workers should always try to accommodate the customer and not just no no no we can’t do that . Very rude 0/10 don’t come here

  First the main thing, there is a one girl who works there, she doesn’t even know how to behave and how to talk with Customers. Even she made mistake in making sandwich she continually argued with me and not made my sandwich according to me and her words is “ Take your sandwich if you want otherwise leave and cancel order,” This is her words. This is totally not accepted at all

  The Italian bread was not fresh, you have to chew like a gum, no sweet peppers and moreover the Lady work here very rude, the chicken teriyaki peace fell outside of the bread, she picked up and place it back in sandwich, not only that I asked for sweet pepper they said they don't have it very rudely, we pay them hard earn money they should provide the subway menu items and fresh as subway claims but the bread is not fresh I felt. 5/2/23, 6pm.
