This store has the worst service. I went in with my son. He asked for a 6 inch Italian, the woman asked him if he wanted turkey on it. We were both confused but he said “ok”. I then realized she wasn’t putting anything else on, I asked “Does turkey go on an Italian hoagie?” She said “Italian bread the BREAD Italian!” and shook the bread at me. I said no, he wanted an Italian hoagie. She stared angrily at me. I asked what is in the Italian? She barked “SPICY Italian” multiple times as I tried to explain that my son just wanted a regular Italian sub.” I gave up and said “ok yes that” because he definitely didn’t want the turkey sandwich she was trying to make him. She takes the turkey off and puts some flat pepperoni and salami on the bread with the cheese. I ask again, is that what is on the “Italian”? (I realize now that maybe she didn’t understand the word hoagie when I first asked - fair enough.) She barks again “you said SPICY Italian”… resigned I allow her to move on as I Google what’s on a subway Italian sub… I see many results confirming what I thought—that an Italian sub usually includes more than just a few pieces of flat salami and pepperoni, including results from subway showing it also includes ham. At this point we’re at the register and another woman comes over… the first woman is now barking at me “BMT! BMT!!” I don’t know what a BMT is. I can’t read the menu because the electronic sign keeps changing from one thing to another. I’m frantically looking to try to find a “BMT” on the moving menu. My son asks to leave. Another woman comes over and shows her how to ring it up and fixes the sandwich by adding ham. At this point the first woman just literally walked away. After the other woman fixes the register and the sandwich, the first woman comes back, glaring at me again angrily while repeatedly making the sign of the cross and kissing her fingers at me. For this treatment, and half a sandwich with chips and a Gatorade, I paid $16. Never again.

Horrible customer service. There's a man that works there. Claims he's the owner. Very disrespectful and rude. Horrible customer service. Not very pleasant.

Accepted my order, said it was ready for pickup, but then closed by the time my driver got there?? Don’t accept orders you don’t plan on actually filling, it’s really not hard. Better off just going to the one on JFK that’s 24 hours because this was a hassle to undo and annoying to have to wait for a 2nd location to remake my order. Btw the prices are higher at this location than the JFK one, too.
Service is horrible. I went there 2x and both times I ordered 2 turkey and cheeses sandwiches with mayo . Both times there was no mayo. I took it back today and they told me I never asked for mayo but on the receipt it clearly says mayo. Both women were going back and with the blame game. To “fix” the situation they threw the half that I bit in the garbage and lathered the other half with to much mayo. Don’t waste your money for convenience. Go elsewhere.

I ordered on the app won’t be doing that again cause this is what I got and I ordered double meat. Half of the toppings aren’t even on my Philly steak and I can’t even find the meatballs on my meatball sub.
