  I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the poor customer service I received. I called the store to ask about the battery for my 2019 Honda Civic key fob. My only question was whether I could bring my key fob into the store so someone could identify which battery I needed. The woman who answered the phone repeatedly told me they couldn’t do that, but she wouldn’t allow me to fully explain my question. After going in circles, I politely asked to speak with someone else. Another employee took the call and also insisted they couldn’t help me. When I expressed my frustration and asked for the supervisor’s name, he refused to provide it. He also refused to identify himself when I asked for his name. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. Because of how I was treated, I contacted corporate and filed a complaint. I then went to the store in person to discuss what had happened. The same employee again refused to provide his name. Fortunately, the supervisor, Maria, introduced herself and gave me her name. Another associate ultimately helped me obtain a battery. Unfortunately, after purchasing it, I discovered it wasn’t even the correct battery for my key fob. The lack of professionalism, refusal to identify employees, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. The worker who refused to give his name was a bald, skinny, and tall black man with a patchy salt and pepper beard. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers are treated with more courtesy and respect.

  The cashier was pleasant, she helped me get the correct gas cap for my vehicle. I had no idea what I was doing. A Big Thank You .

  I never usually write reviews, but as someone older who’s not very knowledgeable about cars, I felt I had to share my experience with Ravidu. I needed help with a port, and he not only took the time to explain the correct placement but also fixed the issue and explained to me other questions I’ve had about my sedan. I've been to this place a few times before, but no one has been as patient and helpful as he was. His kindness really made a difference. Beyond grateful as others here have let me struggled!!
