    I never usually write reviews, but as someone older who’s not very knowledgeable about cars, I felt I had to share my experience with Ravidu. I needed help with a port, and he not only took the time to explain the correct placement but also fixed the issue and explained to me other questions I’ve had about my sedan. I've been to this place a few times before, but no one has been as patient and helpful as he was. His kindness really made a difference. Beyond grateful as others here have let me struggled!!

    If your car battery dies, do not go to this location. The manager refused to honor the warranty for battery replacement coverage. I have a battery that is under a 4 year warranty and I called to confirm that I'm covered. I spoke with the manager who said that I'm not covered since I already had the batter replaced once -- this is 100% false. The warranty covers multiple replacements. I asked if she could double check on this since I knew she was incorrect. At this point she started screaming at me for the next 2 minutes and refused to look into the policy. This went on for several more minutes. Her screaming at me and refusing to adhere to company policy on battery replacement. I called customer service and they confirmed that she was wrong and they were required to replace the battery at no cost. However, they said that they do not have permission to override a manager's decision -- even when it is in violation of company policy. They asked that I visit another location nearly 30 minutes out of the way instead. Her decision to refuse to honor the warranty was clearly willful and not a 'mistake'. I will never visit this location again.

    Alex was really good. He took a look at my battery and determined it was not problem swapping the battery for me and did it efficiently along with giving me back the core recycle credit without asking. The reason I didn't give the store a 5-star was that the ladies there were not that helpful. I bought the battery online that morning because the website said they could install the battery for me. I also called 2 weekends ago to confirm that it could be done. I did mention on the phone there was a cover to the battery and I could easily remove it without problem back then. When I got to the store, a lady told me the technician wasn't there and I had to come back after 4 or the next day after 1. It wasn't a problem but she said if there was a cover, they may not be able to do it, even though I said I had called to confirmed before. She went on to say that day the installation was fully booked. She sometimes told me to come back after 4 but then obviously preferred me to go back the next day. She almost wanted me to just pick up the battery before confirming they could do the installation for me. She just wanted to complete the transaction but not really keen on helping me solve the problem of replacing the battery that their website said they would do. I went back after 4pm when Alex was on duty and the lady was gone. There was no line and Alex just did replacement it for me right away. There were other customers in the store but there wasn't really a line at the cashiers. I didn't have to wait at all when I got there and I also didn't see anyone coming in for battery replacement when I went back in to double-check on the recycle credit. So I really didn't see any "fully booked" situation. The lady on the phone 2 weeks ago also told me they couldn't do it that same day when I called. There is probably just one or more female workers that who just want to discourage customers from going in for battery replacement at least on the weekends. The most frustrating part was when she told me they might not be able to do it even though someone told me they could just 2 weeks ago. I saw other reviews complaining about a lady that was not helpful at all so maybe there is just one bad apple. But Alex is great! If you need a battery replacement, just call and ask when Alex will be there. They work on shift I suppose.
