  The staff is great BUT when you say you open at 10 am that does not mean owner leaves at 9:53 and workers have no key and open at 10:30 am waiting for it with customers outside in rain waiting. Owner needs to wake up

  I brought two items to this UPS store for return to Amazon. Lisa, the owner, could not have been more helpful. I could not locate the QR code on my phone but she took her time and located both so I could make the returns. My past interactions at other UPS locations have not been nearly as helpful. It's great to have Lisa and her crew here in Jackson.

  Sent an urgent package overnight air on a Thursday for Friday delivery. It didn't arrive and tracking number couldn't be found in the system. After calling, they claimed all the Thursday packages had gone out on Thursday. Followed up with main UPS on Monday, they claim the package disn't get to them until Friday. Tried to get a refund on the shipping (was told on Friday, when I called, that I would get a refund), but instead I got a huge run around. I'll use them for Amazon returns since Amazon's customer service is ok - but I will think twice about using them for anything else.
