  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had here. When I walked in, one employee was on his phone eating chips, while the other simply walked away from the counter even though he wasn’t helping anyone. I asked if they could test my battery, and I was told, “Come back tomorrow morning.” When I asked why, the employee just laughed instead of giving me an explanation. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The attitude from the staff was unacceptable, and it was clear they had no interest in helping customers. I won’t be coming back, and I would recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to another auto parts store where they actually care about customer service.

  The most unbelievable, thorough, kind, woman who took care of me on the phone. When I came in, she took care of me in the store came out to the parking lot. She changed my battery. Totally the best experience ever thank you so much.

  I have spent thousands of dollars in this specific store and I just bought a tool that didn’t fit and I didn’t even use it and I went to go return and it and the was more than happy to help me return it until someone else came out the back and continued to be rude telling me that I can’t return it because it smelt like fuel even tho it is a fuel ring lock tool and it didn’t touch fuel it was just in the garage with it and i understand if its policy but its the way he went about it and being very bitter toward me, not the first time he has been rude to me but i usually let it go
