  I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Krishna Atulas conduct during my visit. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I was simply discussing what packaging supplies I would need when Krishna became hostile and raised her voice at me. Rather than assisting me, she responded in a rude and confrontational manner. During the interaction, she stated that she “doesn’t care about her boss,” which I found highly inappropriate for an employee representing your company. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Krishna’s behavior created an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience and reflected poorly on your organization. I believe this matter should be reviewed so that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I have been there yesterday , the lady working there have zero manner zero customer service I gave them negative number they just argue with me for packing tape. I would recommend this store should be close at this location.

  Yesterday I visited this location to drop off my package, I am here to tell that I was very dissatisfied with the experience over there. The lady at the main desk was very rude. She don’t even know how to speak with customers. If there is any problem with our packaging she has to assist me, instead of that she asking you don’t know how to pack the package. How can she say that to customers. I won’t recommend this place absolutely.
